Introduction

We began working with Prescription Swimming Goggles (PSG) in 2013 and since then we have built a brilliant working relationship. We rebuilt their website using Magento and deployed a number of eCommerce strategies to increase sales, conversion rates and check out cross sells. 

A responsive site with all the right ingredients...

When approaching this project it was clear that whatever we did had to make an improvement to the day to day sales that their prior website was generating. PSG wanted more functionality, more control, international store fronts and more integration with their current systems. Magento was the clear answer.

We implemented a strategy to increase their shopping basket cross sells and their product page upsells, as we felt that basket value was one area that we could make a quick win. This strategy was very successful and led to a 400% increase in shopping cart cross-sells.
